Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tourism Professional who can manage domestic and international travel packages, handle customer inquiries, coordinate bookings, and deliver excellent travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, communication skills, and experience in travel operations and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate hotel, flight, visa, transport, and sightseeing bookings
- Build customized itineraries based on client requirements
- Maintain relationships with travel vendors, hotels, and transport partners
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve travel-related issues
- Achieve sales targets and generate repeat business
- Manage travel documentation and payment follow-ups
- Stay updated with tourism trends, destinations, and travel regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel/tourism industry
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Experience with tour planning and package costing
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Familiarity with visa processes and ticket booking systems
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM/tools is preferred
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operator company
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings
- Passion for travel and tourism industry
