Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa Processing Executive to handle end-to-end visa application processes. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely submission of visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete visa processing for various countries
- Guide clients on documentation requirements and visa procedures
- Review and verify documents before submission
- Fill visa application forms accurately
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers
- Track application status and update clients regularly
- Maintain records of all applications and documentation
- Ensure compliance with immigration rules and updates
Requirements:
- Prior experience in visa processing or immigration services preferred
- Good knowledge of visa procedures (tourist, student, business, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
