Job SummaryThe Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety guidelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure smooth execution of the project.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards throughout construction.
• Track daily work progress and submit reports to management.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper usage.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams.
• Maintain site records, attendance, and work logs.
• Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.
• RequirementsDiploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
