Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
- Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and filing
- Track daily expenses (travel, food, operator expenses, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Possession of a graduation certificate
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written) and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline
