• ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and employee joining formalities.
• Employee Records: Maintain attendance, leave, and personnel files for staff in Thane office.
• Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly salaries, PF/ESI, and ensure compliance with Maharashtra labor laws.
• Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
• Taxation: Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings relevant to Maharashtra.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, assist in budgeting, and track expenses.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Employee Engagement: Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and resolve workplace issues.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of HR policies, Indian accounting standards, and local compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and HRMS software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both HR and finance functions.
