Job Description

Hiring: Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

Location: Mumbai, Thane (Olympus)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2–3 Years (Freshers are not eligible)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Exceptional Candidates)

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shift (Any 9 Hours) – No Fixed Day Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs

Transportation: One-Way Cab Facility


Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Invoice Processing
  • Vendor Payments
  • Vendor Reconciliation
  • Month-End Closing
  • GL & ERP Knowledge (SAP/Oracle Preferred)


Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Cash Application
  • Payment Allocation
  • Customer & Bank Reconciliation
  • Aging Analysis
  • Receivable Adjustments
