Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Application Engineer to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and service cycle.

Sufficient training shall be provided to you for performing each designated task. After training following shall be job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Pre-Sales:

• Analyze customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, including product specifications and user manuals.
• Collaborate with management to address technical inquiries and concerns.

Sales Support:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Post-Sales Support:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Conduct on-site installations and commissioning of equipment.
• Deliver training and education to customers on product usage and maintenance.
• Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
