Job Description

Sales & Customer Service: Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and executing store KPIs. Resolve customer escalations and ensure all floor staff provide outstanding customer experiences.

Team Supervision: Supervise sales associates, manage shift schedules, and help foster a productive and positive work environment. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and conducting staff training programs.

Store Operations: Open and close the store, process daily sales reconciliation, and ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety compliance rules.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate product replenishment, and manage cycle counts to minimize inventory shrinkage.

Visual Merchandising: Execute brand guidelines for product displays, seasonal setups, and promotional signage to maximize sales appeal.
