Job Description
Star E Wheels is looking for a skilled and motivated EV Technician to handle service, maintenance, and repair of electric scooters. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electric two-wheelers, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Service & Maintenance
● Perform routine servicing of electric scooters (Lectrix & Chetak EV)
● Conduct vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance
● Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
● Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles
🔋 Battery & Electrical System Handling
● Diagnose battery-related issues and performance concerns
● Check motor, controller, wiring, and charging systems
● Perform software updates (if applicable)
● Follow safety procedures while handling EV batteries

📋 Service Documentation
● Maintain job cards and service records
● Update service status and parts used
● Coordinate with spare parts team for requirements
● Provide service updates to Service Advisor / Sales Team
🚚 Customer Support
● Explain service work done to customers
● Support delivery and test ride readiness
● Assist in doorstep service if required
