About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling

✅ Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities

✅ Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions and services

✅ Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals

✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships

✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT / Software / B2B Sales

✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

✔ Self-driven and results-oriented
