*Job Title: License Department Executive

*Job Description: The License Department Executive is responsible for handling all activities related to obtaining, renewing, and maintaining licenses required for business operations. The role ensures compliance with government regulations and coordinates with internal teams and external authorities.

*Key Responsibilities:

Apply for new licenses and renew existing licenses as per legal requirements

Maintain records and documentation of all licenses and approvals

Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities

Ensure timely compliance with rules, regulations, and statutory requirements

Track license expiry dates and take proactive action for renewals

Handle inspections and assist during audits

Prepare and submit necessary reports and forms

Follow up on pending approvals and resolve related issues

*Skills Required:

Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Time management and follow-up skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, documentation)
