Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager to manage daily showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experience at the Faber showroom in Thane. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail sales experience, and knowledge of kitchen appliances or consumer durable products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete day-to-day showroom operations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales
  • Guide customers regarding chimneys, hobs, cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances
  • Lead and supervise showroom sales staff
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse and service teams for delivery and installation
  • Maintain billing, stock records, and daily sales reports
  • Handle customer complaints and provide proper resolutions
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors for business generation
  • Conduct local marketing activities and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in showroom / retail sales management
  • Experience in consumer durables, kitchen appliances, electronics, sanitaryware, or modular kitchen industry preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team handling and leadership capability
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, ERP/CRM)
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage showroom operations efficiently
  • Graduate preferred
