Job Description
📄 *Job Description – Customer Service Manager (NBFC–MFI)*
*Role Objective:*
Manage customer service operations and grievance handling while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines.
📌 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Ensure timely grievance resolution
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with branches and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with Fair Practices Code
• Monitor recovery practices
• Prepare basic MIS and reports
⏰ *Working Details:*
• Monday to Saturday (all working)
• Weekly off on any weekday (with approval)
• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
🎓 *Requirements:*
• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years in NBFC/Microfinance/Banking
🧠 *Skills:*
• Communication & problem-solving
• Customer handling
• Basic compliance knowledge
