• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet business objectives.
• Eligibility6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, International BPO, or US Collections.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in US Voice Process or Collections is preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
