Job Description

📍 Responsible for visiting customer locations to collect overdue payments and resolve outstanding dues.


📞 Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls and field visits to ensure timely recovery.


📝 Accurately document collection activities and update reports in the system.


🤝 Build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and adherence to recovery protocols.


🚗 Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory and meet daily collection targets.
