Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive


Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Location: Mumbai (or as applicable)

Industry: Fragrance / Beauty


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our business network and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients (distributors, retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, etc.)
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth order execution
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (preferably in FMCG, beauty, or fragrance industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to travel for field sales
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
