Field Sales Executive

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting customers, conducting basic eye tests, and promoting Lenskart products. The candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction.

Kalyan East,Ambernath GNP Galaxy,Badlapur West,Kalyan Khadakpada Store,Badlapur East,Adharwadi Kalyan West,Badlapur Ambedkar chowk,Navare Ambernath east,Ulhasnagar 4,Godrej Hill Kalyan,Ambernath,Kausa Mumbra,Hiranandani Patlipada,Parsik Nagar,Kalwa West,Tropical Lagoon,Panchpakadi_Thane,Thane_Ram Maruti Road,Khopat,Nitin company,Pokharan Rd2,Thane west jupiter hospital,Dombivali,Dombivali west,Manpada Rd East,Palava City,Xperia Mall Dombivali store,Metro Junction Mall,Phadke Rd Dombivali East,Hollywood optician_Bail Bazar.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1) Visit customers based on leads provided (approx. 4–5 leads per day)

2) Conduct basic eye check-ups at customer locations

3) Demonstrate and explain eyewear products to customers

4) Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

5) Build and maintain strong customer relationships

6) Handle product delivery and service-related queries

7) Travel within assigned areas for customer visits

*Eligibility Criteria:*

1) Graduation is mandatory

2) Must own a bike with a valid driving license

3) Comfortable with field sales and traveling

4) Good communication and interpersonal skills

5) Customer-centric approach

*Salary & Benefits:*

1) Fixed Salary: ₹20,400 (In-hand)

2) Petrol Reimbursement: ₹3 per km

3) Additional incentives based on performance
