Job Description
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. * Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and mediate conflicts. Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions as needed. * HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. * HRIS and Data Management: Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, and generate reports. * Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. * Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
