Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Cook cum Kitchen Helper to join our team and provide excellent service to guests. In this hands-on role, you will handle all aspects of kitchen work, from prep to cooking and customer service, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by cutting vegetables, chopping, and prepping items efficiently.
• Cook a variety of dishes, including chapati, bhakri, and other menu items.
• Take customer orders accurately and manage order flow during peak hours.
• Pack food orders neatly and serve food and beverages as requested.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene standards, and food safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory checks and basic stocking of kitchen supplies.
• Ensure timely service to keep guests happy and returning.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role (1+ years preferred).
• Basic cooking skills, especially with Indian staples like chapati and bhakri.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle moderate lifting.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends.
