💰 Salary: Up to ₹42,000 per month + Attractive Incentives & Allowances

🕒 Shift: US Shift | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs (Saturday Sunday possible)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through calls, emails & chats

• Assist customers with payments, products & service-related queries

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Achieve quality and performance targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC Pass

• Minimum 6 Months – 1 Year Experience in International BPO, Sales, Retention, Collections, Upselling, Customer Service or Technical Support

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Comfortable working in Rotational/US Shifts

• Immediate Joiners Preferred
