We are looking for energetic and result-driven candidates to generate leads for real estate projects. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, social media, and online platforms
- Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements
- Share details about ongoing real estate projects
- Schedule site visits / meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/system
- Follow up with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
- Confidence in calling and interacting with customers
- Ability to convince and build interest
