Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers to ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Maintain customer data and update lead status in the CRM system.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

·      Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Experience in the Agriculture, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Preferred Requirements
• Knowledge of agricultural products and equipment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or any regional language
• Willingness to coordinate with customers & sales team.
