Manager - Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate forecasts for India into a unified demand plan.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Engineering to capture pipeline visibility and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Product and Engineering for ETO release and Sales Order Creation
  • Lead mega project reviews with key stakeholders
  • Translate project-level demand into executable plans for production and procurement.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/planning systems 
  • Track key metrics — forecast accuracy, bias, adherence, and demand visibility.
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material and capacity alignment.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support automation in planning processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP within manufacturing or OEM setups.
  • Experience in export-oriented or global supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Power BI;
