Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in Thane and Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
Generate prescriptions and drive product awareness in the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily call reports
Organize and participate in medical camps, CME programs, and promotional activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, or graduate (preferred)
1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry or marketing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the local market (Thane & Mumbai)
Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality
