Operations Team Member-SUPPORT SERVICES-Operations Solution Group
The Operations Team Member will play a crucial role in our Operations Solution Group at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing various operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction handling. This role requires a strong understanding of Finacle, SIEBEL, and BCIF, along with excellent communication and MS Office skills.- Handle and manage Service Requests (SR) in Kforce/Cloud for transactions received at CAU/CMS.
- Authorize transactions beyond specific limits as per branch instructions.
- Perform voucher checking and BJR activities.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory and additional document requirements for transaction processing.
- Authorize transactions processed by branches, verifying the accuracy of all mandatory fields.
- Identify and highlight any discrepancies, and work with branches to rectify and correct transactions.
- Authorize transactions in the system and confirm with branches within agreed turnaround times.
- File and organize documents and approvals efficiently.
- Prepare consolidated data and reports based on vouchers and RL Control Team inputs.
- Ensure proper storage and archival of vouchers as per established processes.
- Working knowledge of Finacle is essential to understand and manage transactions effectively.
- Proficiency in SIEBEL and BCIF is required for efficient system operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must for effective collaboration with team members and branches.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PPT, for creating reports and presentations.
- Strong MIS and data collation skills to handle and analyze large volumes of financial data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy to ensure error-free transaction processing.
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines and agreed turnaround times.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations role is preferred.
