Job Description: Pantry Assistant – Operations Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pantry Assistant to support daily pantry and office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining pantry services, cleanliness, refreshments, and providing operational support within the office premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
• Manage pantry stock and ensure availability of daily requirements.
• Arrange refreshments for meetings and office events.
• Maintain pantry utensils and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth office support activities.
• Follow workplace hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as Pantry Assistant / Pantry Attendant / Office Support Staff.
• Experience in office operations or corporate environment preferred.
• Good communication skills and professional behavior.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.

Shift & Working Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• 2nd Saturday Off
• Night Shift: 1 week night shift every month
• Night Shift Timing: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Salary:

Maximum ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) or based on candidate’s current/previous salary.
