Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and well-spoken female receptionist to manage the front desk at our gym. The candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, so a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist gym members and visitors
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
- Maintain member records and daily attendance
- Manage registrations, renewals, and basic billing
- Coordinate with trainers and staff
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)
- Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude
- Prior experience in reception/customer service is a plus.
