About Prime Connect:
Prime Connect is a high-performance sales vertical at Square Yards focused on accelerating real estate transactions through a strong channel partner ecosystem. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in field-driven environments, build strong business networks, and consistently drive deal closures through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, expand, and manage a high-performing network of Channel Partners (CPs) across key micro-markets in Mumbai
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic CPs aligned with high-potential and fast-moving real estate projects
- Drive a strong field execution culture with daily retail meetings, site visits, and partner engagement
- Ensure consistent deal flow generation through a proactive and disciplined “hunting” approach
- Strengthen relationships with CPs to improve conversion ratios and repeat business
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to align CP network strategy
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and project teams for seamless execution
