Sales Representative – International Voice Process (On-site | Thane | Night Shift)

We manage sales, client support, and back-office operations for federally regulated financial relief programs. Our work directly helps Canadians regain financial stability through lawful, government-approved solutions.

Role Overview: We are hiring Sales Representatives for an international voice process. You will be making Outbound calls on Warm Inbound Leads, guiding Canadian clients through their first conversation about financial relief options.

KEY DETAILS

📍 Location: Thane, Mumbai (Wagle Estate – On-site only)

⏰ Shift: Fixed Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST), Monday–Friday

📞 Process: Inbound / Warm Leads (No Cold Calling)

Compensation: up to 6 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

• Contact clients who have already submitted an inquiry on our website.
• Understand client needs and explain the federally regulated program clearly.
• Build trust through transparent, empathetic communication.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maximize incentives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

✅ Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in sales & collections (International Voice Process preferred).
• Communication: Strong spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Sales Skills: Objection handling, active listening, resilience.
• Commute: Must currently reside in Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai and travel daily to Wagle Estate.
