✔️ MIS Reporting & Escalation Handling


🎯 Required Skills

✅ Knowledge of OLT, Fiber Network & ISP Operations

✅ Basic understanding of Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN & TCP/IP

✅ Good troubleshooting & communication skills

✅ Ready to work in rotational shifts
