Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the project manager.
  • Assist in material planning, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Conduct site measurements and maintain work records.
  • Identify and report site issues for timely resolution.
  • Site measurement and execution knowledge.
  • Understanding of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
