As the Sky Global Indian-Regional Service Manager, you will lead and develop strategies to enhance the bank's presence and services in the Indian market. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to promote Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services in the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Indian region.
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the bank's market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
- Collaborate with the Sky Channel-VRM - NR team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on regional performance and market trends to senior management.
- Train and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's reputation and network.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance the customer experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian market and its cultural nuances is essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills and a professional, client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
