Sky Service Affluent - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound

The Sky Service Affluent - RM role is a critical position within the Sky Channel Contact Centre Inbound department. You will be the primary point of contact for affluent clients, offering personalized financial advice and support. Your expertise and knowledge will be utilized to build strong relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with affluent clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions and products to meet client requirements, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and proactive relationship management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to offer relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient service delivery.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate specialists for further financial planning.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those catering to affluent clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proactive approach to relationship management and a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for customer relationship management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret client data and provide insightful financial recommendations.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
