Sky Service Distribution - Team Leader-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound
- Responsible for leading and managing the inbound contact centre team for Sky Service Distribution. - Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality customer support and service delivery. - Coordinate with team members to meet performance targets and maintain service standards. - Handle escalations and provide guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Facilitate communication between the contact centre and other departments to streamline processes. - Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. - Monitor team metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - Support training and development initiatives for team members to enhance skills and productivity.Job role
