Job Description

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for one of our premium client which is Worlds Largest Laptop/PC manufacturing brand.


Agent needs to manage calls from customers regarding complaints, provide troubleshooting for any technical issue with PC/Laptop.


Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates in any stream (IT background preferred)
  • Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of technical work experience
  • Language capabilities – English (Can speak and understand English properly)


Shift timings: 9 hours shift between 9AM-9PM window. One random week off in a week.


Salary: 26K ctc(21k in hand after deduction of PF and ESIC)

  • Communication Proficiency - Ability to convey message effectively: Comprehension, Active Listening, Rate & Clarity of Speech, Conversational Ability
