Job Title: Sr. Unisex Hairstylist
Company: Solastaa Hair & Skin Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Thane
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Unisex Hairstylist who can provide modern haircuts, styling, and treatments for both men and women while ensuring excellent customer service and hygiene standards.
- Responsibilities:Perform haircuts, styling, blow-dry, and hair setting
- Provide hair treatments like spa, smoothening, straightening, and perming
- Do hair coloring, highlights, and chemical services
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable hairstyles
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workspace
- Build good client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Upsell salon services and products
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in a unisex salon
- Knowledge of advanced haircutting, styling, and coloring
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in hairstyling (preferred)
- Flexible for weekends and peak hours
