The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

* Oversee complete store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning

* Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets

* Deliver a premium customer experience, handling walk-in clients and high-value customers professionally

* Lead, train, and motivate the store team to enhance productivity and service quality

* Manage inventory, stock audits, and coordinate with backend/logistics teams

* Ensure proper display and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines

* Handle billing, basic reporting, and maintain accurate sales records

* Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer retention & satisfaction

🎯 **Key Requirements:**

* Mandatory experience in the jewellery industry (retail/store operations)

* Proven track record in sales and team handling

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
