🔹 Position: Customer Service Executive – Banking Process

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking products and services

• Provide accurate information with a focus on quality customer experience

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns as per defined TAT

• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and process guidelines

💰 Salary (Take Home):

• HSC Fresher – ₹15,750

• Graduate Fresher – ₹16,750

• HSC Experience – ₹17,000

• Graduate Experience – ₹18,000

⏰ Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Week Off: Rotational

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge required
