Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound domestic and international calls
  • Work on multiple processes (Inbound Calls & Renewal Process)
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services
  • Provide accurate information with professional communication
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
  • Follow international compliance & quality standards
  • Update CRM systems accurately and timely
