Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound domestic and international calls
- Work on multiple processes (Inbound Calls & Renewal Process)
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services
- Provide accurate information with professional communication
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Follow international compliance & quality standards
- Update CRM systems accurately and timely
