Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting products or services to generate sales or leads.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate sales leads or close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow up with customers for conversions or feedback
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Qualifications:Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Graduate in any field
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
