Telecalling Executive

• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
• The Sales Counselor will be responsible for calling , guiding potential students through the enrollment process, conducting outreach to prospective students,
• maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
• The role includes building relationships with potential students, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate courses to match their career goals.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

• Good communication skills, HIndi/English/Marathi

• Strong Sales skills

• Superior Organization Skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Previous experience in a sales or counseling role is a plus

• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
