Job Title: Telesales Executive – Banking Products
Job Description:
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring Telesales Executives for selling banking products through outbound and inbound calling. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, explaining banking products, and converting customers over calls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and sales calls
- Promote products like Credit Cards, Insurance, Loans, CASA, and Fixed Deposits
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer service
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation preferred
- Age up to 30
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and sales skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
