1. Market Coverage

  • Ensure beat planning
  • Cover minimum 20–25 outlets per day
  • Increase outlet activation
  • Add 50 new outlets per month

2. Distributor Coordination when applicable

  • Daily sales tracking
  • Order consolidation
  • Stock liquidation planning
  • Scheme communication

3. Product Push

  • Drive high-margin SKUs
  • Push namkeen in season

4. Visibility & Merchandising

  • Retail branding
  • POSM placement
  • Shelf share improvement

5. Collection & Credit Monitoring

  • Ensure healthy receivable cycles
  • Track retailer payment behaviour
