Job Description:
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring Telesales Executives for selling banking products through outbound and inbound calling. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, explaining banking products, and converting customers over calls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls
- Promote banking products like Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Savings Accounts, Insurance, Business Loans, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly
- Update customer details and sales records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
- Eligibility Criteria:Freshers can apply
- Graduation preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Sales attitude and target-oriented approach
