Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, and assist them in selecting suitable health insurance solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Explain health insurance plans and their benefits to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Requirements:Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Prior telesales or insurance experience is an added advantage.
