Job Description
Job Role: Outbound Sales Officer – Kotak Bank (ON ROLL)
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
Direct Kotak Bank payroll
Eligibility:
- Male/Female candidates with sales experience (No freshers)
- Graduate, Age 18–32 years
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (for higher CTC)
- Basic English communication (reading & speaking self-introduction)
- No work gaps exceeding 6 months
Job Details:
- Fixed shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 8 weekly offs (4 Saturdays & 4 Sundays)
- Salary: Up to ₹3,10,000 CTC (plus up to ₹24,000 monthly incentives)
- Experienced candidates with good English: Up to ₹4,00,000 CTC
