Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Manager – Business Loan
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve business loan sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, coach executives, and improve conversion rates through regular training and feedback.
- Develop sales strategies, ensure quality customer interactions, and maintain high productivity.
- Analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a team handling role.
- Experience in Business Loans, NBFC, Banking, or Fintech is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
