Job Description

Hiring Field executives for Hiring Agency- 100% travel and hybrid working- All over Tamilnadu

Qualification: Good English and Tamil communication, Negotiation and sales closure, manage recurring and existing orders, updating crm.

Mandatory: Bike, License, android mobile.

Salary: As per industry standards and target achievement

Incentives: Based on performance

Roles and repsonsibilities:


  1. Travel within assigned territory and Collect sales requirements from clients and forward it to Inside sales team.
  2. Direct visits to client places for negotiation and sales closure.
  3. Own lead generation and take care leads provided by company
  4. Follow up with clients for recurring requirements within assigned territory.
