Monika Auto Components (MAC) is a growing ISO-certified industrial fabrication company based in Ambattur, Chennai. We manufacture and install machine guards, safety barriers, industrial furniture, storage racks, and custom metal components for factories across Chennai.

We are looking for a dedicated and loyal Welder to join our team. Whether you are a fresher or experienced, if you are hardworking and willing to grow with us, we want you.

What you will do:

• Perform MIG, ARC, or TIG welding on industrial components
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures as per drawings
• Travel to client sites in and around Chennai for installation and service work
• Work on weekdays and weekends when project requires
• Maintain welding equipment and follow safety practices
• Work as a team and take ownership of your work

Who we are looking for:

• 10th pass or ITI (Welder trade) qualified
• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
• Someone who is punctual, sincere, and committed
• Willing to do site work and travel locally within Chennai
• Physically fit and safety conscious

Salary:

• Fresher / Junior: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Experienced / Senior (2+ years): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
• Weekend allowance + attendance bonus + ESI & PF benefits

எங்கள் குழுவில் சேர ஒரு உழைப்பாளி மற்றும் நம்பகமான வெல்டர் தேவை. நீங்கள் புதியவராக இருந்தாலும் அனுபவமுள்ளவராக இருந்தாலும், உழைக்கத் தயாராக இருந்தால் — நாங்கள் உங்களை வரவேற்கிறோம்.

நீங்கள் செய்வது:

• MIG, ARC அல்லது TIG வெல்டிங் பணிகள்
• டிராயிங் படி உலோக கட்டமைப்புகளை உருவாக்குதல்
• சென்னையில் உள்ள தொழிற்சாலைகளுக்கு சைட் வொர்க் செல்லுதல்
• தேவைப்படும்போது வார இறுதி நாட்களிலும் பணி செய்தல்
• உபகரணங்களை பராமரித்தல் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை பின்பற்றுதல்

நாங்கள் யாரை தேடுகிறோம்:

• 10ஆம் வகுப்பு அல்லது ITI (வெல்டர் டிரேட்) தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்
• புதியவர்கள் மற்றும் அனுபவமுள்ளவர்கள் இருவரும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்
• நேர்மையான, நம்பகமான மற்றும் அர்ப்பணிப்புள்ள நபர்
• சென்னையில் சைட் வொர்க் செல்ல தயாராக இருப்பவர்
• உடல் ஆரோக்கியமான மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பில் அக்கறை உள்ளவர்

சம்பளம்:

• புதியவர் / ஜூனியர்: மாதம் ₹13,000 – ₹20,000
• அனுபவமுள்ளவர் / சீனியர் (2+ ஆண்டுகள்): மாதம் ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
• வார இறுதி கொடுப்பனவு + வருகை போனஸ் + ESI மற்றும் PF வசதி
