Assistant Sales Manager

Role: MSME Business Operations & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Business Development

• Support the Area Business Head in planning and executing strategies to expand MSME lending business.
• Drive promotion and penetration of business loan products across target MSME segments.
• Analyze MSME behavior, financial patterns, and market trends to recommend suitable banking solutions.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee and coordinate daily MSME service operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and maintain enquiry pipeline (Enquiry Inventory) to ensure consistent deal flow.
• Track performance against weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, motivate, and guide team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring, training, and development needs.
• Recommend and implement effective sales training programs and techniques.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Engage with MSME clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
• Address and resolve client complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Financial & Resource Management

• Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and operational resources.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Analyze business data to derive insights and support decision-making.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational compliance and office readiness.

7. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a professional, compliant, and well-organized office environment.

8. Market Intelligence

• Research emerging financial products and industry trends.
• Continuously update knowledge base to stay competitive and relevant in MSME financing.
